We had a great experience at this hotel. Best aspects were the pleasant garden setting of tables and having shampoo and conditioner provided. Additionally, the cleanliness was impressive and the staff were friendly.

The hotel's key location offers easy access to several adventure activities in the area. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the garden setting at the breakfast tables.
none of the staff spoke reasonable English, making it difficult to ask for recommendations or follow-up clarifications. the hotel was overpriced for what we received.

Really clean and stylish rooms. the decoration was tasteful and up to date, making it very comfortable to stay in. Free wifi availability in the lobby was certainly a great perk. the hotel was within a great central location, accessible for walking to shops or to the nearby park.
The bathrooms, however, were very small and cramped. the hot water pressure was also low, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower.

The hotel is conveniently situated among nearby shops in a remote area of North Laos. the rooms are clean and comfortable with stylish decor and good amenities including free Wi-Fi and shampoo-conditioner. the restaurant offers good food with reasonable prices. the staff is friendly and provides great service. the garden setting of tables is pleasant, and there is a nearby park to enjoy the greenery.
Some staff may struggle with communicating in English, which may cause minor inconveniences.
